These Fortuna designed day bags were printed with purpose. We are committed to justice and have developed our Fortuna merchandise collection to take action. 100% of the profits from our Fortuna bags will be invested in the very important work being done to reunite families and to end family detention. As a bicultural family ourselves, we stand up for the safety of immigrant children and families. As of October 2020, the ACLU has reported that in more than 500 cases of families separated in detention, the location of parents is unknown. Some children as young as toddlers have been separated from their parents for three years.

Currently we are investing in the work being done by Tsuru for Solidarity an all-volunteer organization that is working to end detention sites and support front-line immigrant and refugee communities who are experiencing injustice and oppression under the current U.S. administration.
